HyperHelpThe Industry Standard On-line Help for Motif

HyperHelp is a feature-rich on-line help system for UNIX and OpenVMS. It lets you quickly and easily add a powerful hypertext system to your application. HyperHelp provides all the features you expect from an on-line help system, including the following:

In addition, HyperHelp provides many advanced features. A powerful macro language lets you control the appearance and behavior of HyperHelp. User reporting allows you to record how often your help users display each help topic and for how long. HyperHelp also provides vector graphics support and the ability to include dynamic, uncompiled data in your help system at runtime.

HyperHelp is WinHelp compatible. If you have already created a help system for Microsoft Windows Help, you can use the same RTF, project, and bitmap files with HyperHelp. This compatibility enables you to maintain a single source for your help system across Windows, UNIX, and OpenVMS. HyperHelp even supports WinHelp 4.0 (Windows 95 help) features such as a graphical table of contents, indexed full-text searching, autosizing secondary windows, authorable buttons, and training cards.

HyperHelp supports all major authoring tools, such as Microsoft Word, WordPerfect, Lotus Ami Pro, Interleaf, FrameMaker, SGML, HTML, or any text editor. If you author in FrameMaker, you can use the native FrameMaker hypertext features plus the additional functionality of HyperHelp (such as popup definitions and macros).

The HyperHelp Bridge is an optional HyperHelp add-on for customers who want to create on-line help for Windows from their HyperHelp files. Even if you created your HyperHelp file with FrameMaker, HTML, or SGML, the HyperHelp Bridge converts it to an RTF file that you can compile with the Windows Help Compiler.

Thousands of customers are already using HyperHelp in their UNIX/OpenVMS applications, because of its outstanding functionality and royalty-free pricing. With its easy-to-use interface, powerful features, and flexible authoring support, HyperHelp is the best solution for providing on-line help with any UNIX or OpenVMS applications. And HyperHelp's single-function API makes it easy to integrate the industry standard for on-line UNIX/OpenVMS help into your application!
